Specialists weigh in as they become relevant.

You mention a consultancy: Meridian joins to flag the BPR rules. You mention an elderly parent: Rowan notes care considerations. You mention a pension: Oriel checks the 2027 IHT treatment. Nobody is forced into the conversation — they appear when they're needed.

Each specialist is an expert in one narrow domain. They consult each other, run deterministic calculations (not LLM arithmetic), and present the trade-offs to you in plain English. You decide.

Your will assembles, clause by clause.

Each choice comes with considerations from the panel. Caspian draws every legal clause from a solicitor-curated library — no free text from the AI, no novel legal language generated. You see the will take shape as you work through it, section by section.

What this means in practice: executors, beneficiaries, specific bequests, residue, guardianship for minor children, a letter of wishes, trust clauses where appropriate. Each section is drafted by Caspian, checked by the relevant specialists (Aster if a trust is involved, Meridian if there are tax-sensitive clauses, Linden if the family picture is complex).

When something needs a solicitor, you hand off warmly.

A complex contested probate risk, a multi-jurisdiction estate, a contentious family structure — these need a regulated human. We've partnered with SRA-regulated law firms who take the case from here, with your full context already loaded. You never repeat yourself.

It's signed, stored, and ready.

You witness the will (we give you the instructions; two adults not named in it), store it in your FutureGuard vault, and your executors now know exactly where to find it. Your hub is live — WillWise is active, and every other FutureGuard service is available when you want it.

Honest about limits

What WillWise doesn't do alone.

Some things genuinely need a regulated solicitor, a financial adviser, or a professional trustee. When the panel identifies one of these, we hand off — we don't pretend to handle it.

Contested or contentious estates

Where a family dispute is foreseeable or a previous will is being challenged, you need a contentious probate solicitor. Linden will flag it; Caspian will hand off to our partner firm with your full context.

Regulated financial advice

When your situation needs FCA-regulated advice — pension crystallisation choices, investment restructuring — Oriel prepares the ground and hands you to an FCA-authorised partner IFA.

Multi-jurisdiction estates

Property abroad, beneficiaries in different countries, cross-border tax residence — Caspian works within UK law. For overseas complexity you're handed to specialist cross-border counsel.

Very large or complex estates

Above about £5M, with multiple businesses, multiple trusts, overseas assets — we'll coordinate but a STEP-qualified practitioner leads. You still get a single point of contact; you get more professional heft behind it.
